My work with couples, partnerships and groups is based on the cutting-edge Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching model developed by The Center for Right Relationship. The center’s purpose is to help others create powerful intentional relationships. Instead of "fixing" relationships, we reveal the dynamics in place, and members take action from there. I have used this approach with couples wanting to improve their relationships, and have had extraordinary results as they communication clearly, increase positivity, develop a shared relationship vision and create more joy than they could have possibly imagined.
Coaching Style, Philosophy, or Specialty:
I believe that what you are seeking is already inside you. You will learn to pay attention to that “still, small voice” and follow your heart no matter where it takes you.
The coaching relationship provides an individualized mix of mind/body/spirit awareness, fresh perspectives, skills development, straight talk, planning, accountability and humor to evoke your personal best.
We will work as collaborative partners while you discover your values and vision. I will bring gentle power, grounded energy, respectful challenge, deep compassion and a belief in your resourcefulness to the coaching relationship. During the process you will let go of old patterns, move through confusion and initiate new beginnings.
Types of Clients or Situations:
External changes require internal shifts. I specialize in working with people who are facing challenging life transitions, such as divorce, career change, loss, illness and parenting issues. They learn to appreciate transition as an opportunity for transformation.
I also work with couples, partnerships and teams, assisting them in creating intentional relationships that bring them satisfaction, joy and fulfillment.
Services and Format:
I work with both individuals and couples over the phone or in person in variety of customized formats. I offer four half-hour sessions, or three forty-five minute session monthly. My monthly fees range from $200 to $400 – Individual; $300 to $500 – Couples, depending on ability to pay.
Call to discuss fees for work with partnerships and teams. I am also available to facilitate on-site workshops, group coaching, and tele-classes. Fees vary.
