Victoria coaches women working on their professional transformation, and she also helps organizations build women’s networks.

In her coaching practice, Victoria helps women poised to make a fundamental change – whether it is to become a truly outstanding leader, build teams to innovate, bring in new business, or start a company. Victoria helps women hone their vision and then build a practical and measurable action plan. She then coaches women on their transformation journey as they move forward to reach their goals. Victoria helps her clients identify their strengths and to incorporate these strengths into their leadership style. Victoria also encourages her clients to access their networks and resources to become successful. After working with Victoria, clients are more inspired and prepared to make a lasting impact in the world.

In her consulting practice, Victoria helps organizations create and grow women’s networks. Victoria believes in the power and effectiveness of bringing women together to support and inspire each other. Victoria’s network consulting is based on her own success in building women’s networks. She started Womenade NJ and later Womenade Boston. Both are women’s collective giving circles. Womenade Boston’s mission is dedicated to philanthropic efforts to raise awareness and funds for programs that positively impact the lives of women and girls in the Boston area.

More recently, she started a Nordic Relay Team in Stowe, VT. This team skis through the night in an event that raises money for the American Cancer Society. Last year, Victoria led her team in becoming the top fundraising team in the history of the event.

In both of these networks, the ability to set a vision and inspire others to join in, have given Victoria the experience, and an approach, that she now uses with organizations that want to harness the power of women connecting to each other in business, higher education, and the nonprofit world.

Previously, Victoria spent 25 years working for large public and private companies, including Resources Global Professionals, IBM, and IDG Publishing. Victoria held leadership roles working with global teams including: sales, marketing, business development, and recruiting. The common approach in these various roles was to set a direction, build a plan, and inspire others to join in carrying it out.

Victoria attended Middlebury College where she received a BA in Sociology; a minor in Spanish; and attended a summer immersion program in French. Victoria put her languages to work by living in Spain, Switzerland, and France. She is a trained facilitator through IBM, received her coaching and leadership training through the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the Coaching Center of Vermont.

Services and Format:

Individual Coaching- Monthly retainer for two: 45-: 55 minute calls, and unlimited e-mail support.
Workshops on topics of interest to a group: such as, networking; goal setting; prospecting; staying focused; relationship building; etc.

Fee Structure:

Individual Coaching- $250 to $350 per month
Group workshops- call to discuss
