Beyond old dominating and controlling patterns of relationship, a new "partnership way" is evolving. Michael is a passionate guide to the new territory, using accessible and practical methods like role play, journaling, and guided visualization.
Coaching provides the container through which individuals, couples, and larger groups can integrate the partnership way in every structure of relationship.
Types of Clients or Situations:
Michael works with men, couples, groups, faith communities, non-profits, gov't agencies, and business organizations in familiarizing people with the partnership way and its advantages for healthy community.
From marriage preparation and renewal to organizational re-evaluation, Michael coaches people in becoming comfortable with new partnership skills that make a big difference for the long haul.
Services and Format:
- couples preparing for marriage (including covenant-making and ceremony planning) or renewal of vows
- individuals seeking new ways to trust and develop healthy communication styles leading to more satisfying relationships
- groups of men looking for safe space to experiment with post-macho ways of relating to women and to other men
- groups of couples gathered to share practical experience of the partnership way of relating and dealing with differences
- workshops for all of the above
Fee Structure:
- FAST TRACK: weekly sessions (by phone or in person) of 1 hour with short email check-ins:
$300-$400 per month sliding scale - MIDWAY: every other week sessions of 1 hour with short email check-ins:
$150-$200 per month sliding scale - SLOW BUT SURE: monthly sessions of 1 hour with short email check-ins:
$75-$100 per month sliding scale - ALTERNATIVE: as above, except half hour sessions: half the above fee.
