I come to the coaching relationship convinced that you have 98% of all the 'answers'. My job is to create an environment that draws from you the visions and strategies that get you where you want to go and allow you to become who you want to be. I use my gifts of listening, intuition, co-strategizing, and unconditional love to support you in accessing your untapped potential. I listen for the distractions and energy drains in your life and mirror back to you the ways you tell me you'd rather be focusing your efforts. I listen for what's unique in you. I help you get clear about your direction. And, I support you as you break through blocks, negotiate barriers, and celebrate your successes. It is a process that we call life, and I am honored to walk this section of the journey with you.
