In a time of unprecedented and rapid change, we all experience the necessity of finding new ways to respond effectively to what is happening in both our personal and our professional lives. We notice that what was successful in the past often no longer seems to be working. Our educational backgrounds, professional training and even our former world views cannot always adequately support us for these are evolutionary times and demand a new and evolved set of skills, resources and responses. The good news is, these capacities are mostly inherent, foundational to us as human beings. We know them about ourselves at some level but they have taken a back seat for so long that they need excavating, restoring,and strengthening.
I work with clients who want to meet and greet the enormous change that is happening on the planet, in whatever way it is showing up for you, to actively participate in and co-create with these evolving times, rather than be paralyzed by the unknown. My role is to help you tap into your deepest and most powerful resources, finding fresh, creative and innovative approaches to what life is presenting.

Lisa works with people who are called to maximize their individual expression and contribution, whatever that may be. Using a co-creative process, we develop and clarify a powerful vision, transform obstacles into allies, learn to recognize appropriate action and timing, bringing joy and ease into whatever we do, and learning to dance with life itself.
