Coaching Style, Philosophy, or Specialty:
Glen brings his clinical and management experience to the world of coaching. This experience is combined with a particular emphasis on helping others navigate the sometimes difficult world of relationships and dating. Beyond supporting personal growth on a variety of levels, other areas of emphasis include an understanding of issues of grief and loss, aging and disability, and the GLBT community. .
Types of Clients or Situations:
- Are navigating the dating scene or seeking to enrich their current relationship.
- Want to create space to live their dream, writing a book, building a house, learning a new skill.
- Need help to define their life's mission and to operationalize their goals to make their dreams a reality.
- Are moving through a difficult phase in life and want a service that provides external accountability in moving forward in a healthy way.
Services and Format:
- Monthly retainer for 3-scheduled 30-45 minute phone sessions and unlimited e-mail support.
- Virtual Phone-in Groups (price varies - see blog at heartsadventure.com)
- Heart's Adventure retreats
Fee Structure:
- Individual rates: $250-350 per month
