Although I am officially new to the field of coaching, my own path of education and growth has been one of consistency for my entire adult life. Through my education and life experiences I firmly believe that positive thinking and taking time to have fun are necessities in life. I truly enjoy supporting people to reach their goals and aspirations--feel free to call for a free introductory session.

- Monthly retainer for 4-scheduled 30 minute sessions and unlimited e-mail support.
- 1-3 day retreats for small groups created to fit your needs.
- Workshops or coaching groups are designed and scheduled around your needs.
Fee Structure:
- Individual rates: $200-300 per month
- Free - Introductory sessions offered
